Noble Rot
My new non-fiction book combining short stories, flash fiction and poetry.

Noble Rot is a book about loss:
the death of a grandmother, the end of two love stories, long-lost friends, family relationships that have deteriorated over the years, or leaving four countries behind. It is also a book about addiction
- to a substance or to a person.
The author’s passion for wine rekindled memories of her native southwest France, Spain and Italy.
While studying for wine qualifications, she embarked on a journey between past and present, reflecting on the relationships and experiences that have shaped her, as well as the positive and negative impact of wine on her life and that of her family.
From Pamplona to Verona, San Sebastián to Birmingham, or Jurançon to London, Noble Rot is a reflection on resilience and a celebration of the experiences and people who influence our lives.
